HARDING SECURITY ASSOCIATES, INC’S AWARDED PROFESSIONAL SECURITY/FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND HOURLY RATES

SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree acceptable, advanced degree preferred and twelve or more years experience in leading and providing technical direction of security consulting projects.

Description of Responsibilities: Recognized as an expert in the specific field of study, the SME provides high level subject matter expertise for the work described in the task. Provides advanced evaluation and analytic skills for client-specific or mission-critical proficiencies. Displays broad and deep knowledge of subject matter and provides leadership and vision throughout the life of a project.

SENIOR INTELLIGENCE SYSTEMS ANALYST

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred, counterintelligence, HUMINT, SIGINT or All-Source analytic training and five to eleven or more years of progressive, relevant experience required.

Description of Responsibilities: Possesses a solid base of experience and depth of skills in intelligence systems and tools. Monitors and oversees intelligence, counterintelligence, and law enforcement activity. Provides guidance, problems resolution, quality control, oversight and coordination of projects and activities. Responsible for ensuring compliance with established safety and security regulations, practices, and policies. Reviews and approves written products, including Intelligence Summaries. Description of Responsibilities: Develops standards for research and report writing, reviews intelligence reports, and mentors analysts. Makes recommendations on policy changes to streamline operations and advise on the impact of new policies. Prepares in-depth intelligence reports for senior officials and military services, briefing senior officials and providing reports and input to intelligence community products directed toward the highest levels. Uses significant resourcefulness to develop and test out innovative methods for planning collections operations, resolving technical issues in situations where data is incomplete, the technical area is in a state of rapid development, and solutions to operational problems require significant deviation from accepted methodologies.

INTELLIGENCE ANALYST

Education/Experience: Associates or Bachelor’s degree and one to five years of progressive, experience with innovative and targeted intelligence products and relevant operational or intelligence experience.

Description of Responsibilities: Employs knowledge and experience in Intel community system tools, as well as query capabilities and critical thinking skills. Utilizes knowledge of the principles, concepts and techniques of identity management analysis and methodologies as well as combat forensics and related general military intelligence.

OPERATIONS ANALYST

Education/Experience: Associates or Bachelor’s degree and four or more years of progressive, relevant experience.

Description of Responsibilities: Conducts program antiterrorism management and training. Interprets antiterrorism training and policies. Prepares and recommends antiterrorism training and policies that are consistent with regulatory requirements. Researches and develops supporting installation. Assists with the development of antiterrorism training and programs. Conducts special antiterrorism studies.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Education/Experience: Associate or Bachelor’s degree and three or more years of general security experience or four or more years of general security experience.

Description of Responsibilities: Provides database management and administration support to effectively and efficiently manage security for databases. Develops a training plan to teach new and existing staff the day-to-day elements of the new security database. Designs and develops report capabilities, generates reports containing personnel security metrics and other statistical information, and further prepares and presents briefings on personnel security database operations and metrics. Maintains and updates the database by continuous day-to-day update of content and ensures accurate and adequate security measures are in place to safeguard government and contractor sensitive policies and procedures for personnel security guidelines. Maintains the personnel security files, establishing a system/mechanism and standard operating procedures to file, check-out, track, locate and retrieve expeditiously all security personnel files.

COUNTERINTELLIGENCE SPECIALIST

Education/Experience: Counterintelligence Special Agent qualification required with four or more years of progressive, relevant experience.

Description of Responsibilities: Provides support in the area of strategic action planning, including both analytical and facilitation support in identifying missions, visions, long-term goals, and objectives that will encompass all counterintelligence and security disciplines. Supports counterintelligence and security by developing, analyzing, and providing recommendations for implementation of strategies. Drafts technical analyses, resource evaluations, and mission/organization alignment studies and recommendations. Ideal candidate will have work experience in the Intelligence and Counterintelligence Community. Experience must include counterintelligence expertise; communication skills credentials, to include writing and briefing senior managers; and computer literacy. Experience in Watch operations; task forces; counterterrorism; tactical and operational environments; administrative and operational support desirable.

SENIOR SECURITY SPECIALIST

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred, and seven or more years of progressive experience in general security, law enforcement or counterintelligence.

Description of Responsibilities: Utilizes skills and experience to perform key project tasks. Ensures that security requirements associated with the Government are met. Provides security recommendations and guidance. Analyzes complex physical and personnel security issues and provides cost-effective recommendations that meet policy requirements. Coordinates and works with internal and external organizations for solutions for new and developing security programs. SECURITY SPECIALIST

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred and up to four years of progressive experience in general security, law enforcement or counterintelligence.

Education/Experience: Three or more years of relevant experience and demonstrated performance in similar positions.

Description of Responsibilities: Provides administrative/program support assistance to multiple customer organizational elements. Manages calendars. Prepares, reviews, and proofreads correspondence. Monitors and orders office supplies. Serves as Time and Attendance recorder, as designated. Assists in the preparation and compilation of briefings. Maintains an up-to-date filing system. Assists with travel requests/vouchers, training requests, and miscellaneous reimbursable request vouchers.
