Executive Leadership Team

Bob Coleman is the CEO and COO of Six3 Systems, Inc., which was founded in April 2009 in partnership with GTCR Golder Rauner, LLC.

Before the formation of Six3 Systems, Mr. Coleman served as the President and COO of ManTech International from September 2004 to March 2009. Prior to his tenure with ManTech, he was the CEO and President of Integrated Data Systems (IDS), a highly regarded provider of software engineering, computer security and enterprise architecture solutions to the Federal Government. This company, founded by Mr. Coleman in 1990, was acquired by ManTech in 2003. Mr. Coleman has additional experience supporting Federal Government efforts while working for SAIC and Raytheon Technical Services. He graduated from Clarion University in Clarion, Pennsylvania, with a B.S. degree in Business Computer Information Systems.

Jack Pearlstein is the CFO and EVP for Six3 Systems, Inc.

Before joining Six3 Systems in 2009, Mr. Pearlstein served as CFO of Solera Holdings, Inc., a global provider of software and services to the automobile insurance claims processing industry. Prior to his tenure with Solera, he served as CFO, Treasurer, and Secretary of DigitalNet Holdings, Inc., a leading provider of network, security, information, and application services to the Federal Government. Mr. Pearlstein also served as CFO of Commerce One, Inc.'s Global Services Division and CFO, Treasurer, and Secretary of AppNet, Inc. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from New York University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the George Washington University.

Ryan Wagener is the EVP for Business Development across Six3 Systems, Inc.

In support of Six3's strategic growth objectives, Mr. Wagener brings 18 years of experience in the Federal contracting community. From 1995 to 2010, prior to joining Six3, Mr. Wagener managed business development activities for CACI and American Management Systems (AMS), where he also served in client delivery as a program manager for Federal Government customers. Mr. Wagener was a recipient of CACI's Pinnacle award in 2006, the company's highest award for business development excellence, and the Thomas H. Moorer award in 2008 for lasting contributions to CACI. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University.

Mike Zembrzuski is the EVP for Six3's ISG business group.

Mr. Zembrzuski has over 20 years of security protective services and foreign area officer experience. A former commander in the U.S. Army, Mr. Zembrzuski led the Army effort to integrate missions with the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Forces. He is a subject matter expert in homeland security and technology protection and has extensive experience at the highest levels of the U.S. Government. His overseas experience includes deployments to Afghanistan, Bosnia, Croatia, Guantanamo, and Iraq, along with service throughout Europe.

Tom Ladd is the EVP for Six's ISR business group.

From 1999 - 2009, Mr. Ladd served as President and CEO of BIT Systems, a leading provider of software development solutions to the Federal Government. As one of the three founders of BITS, he was responsible for day-to-day management including hiring, new business efforts, human resources, accounting, and contracts. Mr. Ladd began his career as a technical analyst for the Federal Government. Mr. Ladd graduated from the University of Missouri with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering.

Mike Kushin is Six3 Systems CTO and EVP for six3's CTS business group.

Mr. Kushin has over 25 years experience building and delivering mission solutions to the Federal Government. Prior to joining Six3, Mr. Kushin was Sr. Vice President and CTO at ManTech International, where he developed a robust Research and Development program that drove innovation across Cybersecurity and mission focused technology solutions. He has participated in several Councils including the Webster Commission and the Information Systems Council (ISC). Mr. Kushin was one of three partners at Integrated Data Systems (IDS) prior to its acquisition by Mantech Corp. in 2003. He holds a B.S. degree in Economics and Computer Science from the University of Maryland.

Robin Rhiner is the SVP of Human Resources for Six3 Systems, Inc.

Ms. Rhiner has over 30 years of industry experience providing human capital solutions for Federal Government contractors in the professional services and information technology areas. Her human capital and leadership experience is broad and includes strategic partnering, organizational planning and development, management of compensation and benefits, HRIS, communications, legal compliance, talent acquisition and employee services. Prior to joining Six3 Systems, Ms. Rhiner was deployed to Iraq for 15 months providing human capital support to the Iraq Survey Group. She holds a B.A. in Management from National Louis University.
